Do you think an Obama win is a victory for the Civil Rights movement?

Blacks and other minorities have advanced well in our nation in recent decades. Certainly, we still have room to improve and correct. Do you think Obama will help that trend, or will his policy stances encourage dependence upon the government and the system over self-reliance and perseverance? Will an Obama win hurt the progress of liberty, independence, and freedom in our nation?

Your comments are appreciated. Also take the poll at top right.
